A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to research, develop, design, analyze, evaluate, and administer corporate benefit plans and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer multi-state employee benefits including 401(k), Health and Welfare, and executive benefits
Manage carrier and vendor relationships, including the development and analysis of RFP information
Administer federal, state, and government regulatory filings and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
4+ years of benefits or finance experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services
Experience in HRIS systems related to health and welfare
Knowledge of benefits administration concepts such as ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
