Zions Bank has an exciting opportunity with our Private Banking team for a Premier Client Support Specialist to join our team at the headquarters office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :

• Communicate with existing and prospective customers on products and services offered to ensure needs are met.
• Provides operational support to Private Banking clients with account opening, account maintenance, account deposits, funds transfers, wire transfers, loan / credit card payments, and customer service.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify and strategize potential sales opportunities uncovered by Operational Reviews, assist and discuss active clientele and portfolios
• Accept loan applications for underwriting and documentation and close loans.
• Review and audit loan documentation against checklist for accuracy and completeness and follow up as necessary prior to boarding.
• May perform cash handling and deposit functions.
• May be asked to help with other duties as needed to ensure the success of the team.
• Act as back-up to other team members as needed.
