HCPs are required to take MOAB if they don t already have CPI or MOAB. The cost is $150.CPI certification refers to training provided by the Crisis Prevention Institute, which teaches safe, evidence-based methods for preventing and de-escalating challenging or aggressive behaviors especially in healthcare, education, behavioral health, and human-services settings.MOAB certification refers to training provided by the MOAB Training International and stands for Management of Aggressive Behavior. It is a professional program that teaches staff how to prevent, recognize, and safely respond to escalating or aggressive behavior in a wide range of environments healthcare, schools, security, customer service, and public-facing roles.Rural hospital, perform a lot of Ortho cases.  Facility has a lot of visiting physicians that hold clinic for ENT, Ortho, ect.  DaVinci Robot and Mako experience required.  Since it is a smaller facility, Surgical Tech will assist with turning rooms, cleaning, and picking cases.Will take call 1x per week and every 6th weekend, which runs Fri PM-Mon AM.Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.  Candidate should be extremely honest during phone interview regarding their skill set and abilities as they do expect travelers to come in and hit the ground running. Scrubs :   Hospital provided Orientation :   Flexibility to start any day of the week.  Brief hospital orientation to obtain badge and review hospital policies and procedures and then will report to department where the Surgical Tech will be checked off on competencies.  Length of orientation will be dependent on traveler and their skill set.
