ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our Shared Services team at LifeStance Health. You will assist the Shared Services teams in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the teams' activities. This role is critical to keep the team moving forward on a fast-paced schedule, managing the complex coordination across different streams.
COMPENSATION : $85,000 - $100,000 / annually
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Value Stream Mapping across cross functional teams for companywide processesDesign processes with a keen eye for efficiency, standardization, and identifying key enablers that need to precede new systems and tools implementationEvaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements using available information including data, feedback, and other informationDesign and / or redesign end-to-end business processesUtilize modeling and simulation development knowledge to project impacts of upstream changes on business operations such as operational KPIs and Shared Services staffing needsIdentify and evaluate key discussion items and enable executive decision makingShift between high level strategic intent and diving into the details as neededBuild relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external stakeholdersMonitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the team's expectations and company goalsLiaise between departments to ensure smooth operations deliveryCoordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelinesCreate and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge efficientlyAssist internal teams to achieve performance targetsIdentify problems in process and resolve them in a quick and timely mannerFollow standard operating procedures for efficient business operationsMaintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures for reference purposesSKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification required5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, project management, program management, VSM, Agile, Lean and Six SigmaAdvanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. Experience working with MS Project, SmartSheet, Monday.com, Jira or related project management toolsExcellent presentations skills, particularly with executive level presentationsExperience partnering with IT to enable new systems integrationsExcellent proactive problem-solver who can leverage resources and execute tasks through completionEffective with project management, multi-tasking, understanding needs, and balancing prioritiesExcellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
