The Opportunity

Are you skilled in library acquisition evidence-based decision making and the management of electronic resources Join us in supporting Monash Universitys research and learning mission through our dynamic user-focused library collection and service.

In this newly created Collection Acquisition Senior Librarian role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our users can easily access the resources they need.

As a Senior Librarian you will :

You are a subject matter expert with experience in library acquisitions and electronic resource management. Your technical expertise working knowledge of library management systems and high-level problem solving skills enable you to support and resolve a variety of complex challenges.

You are an effective leader who empowers your team and those around you to maintain a relevant sustainable and accessible collection. As a proactive communicator strategic thinker and advocate for innovation and scholarly resource management you foster a culture of collaboration curiosity and continuous learning.
