Veeva’s Vault Quality helps organizations eliminate silos and accelerates the development and manufacturing of high-quality products to a greater number of patients. It is a cloud platform that unifies applications, processes and partners across content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS) and QC lab solutions (LIMS).As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for understanding customer’s current business processes and shaping future state vision, identifying and incorporating global regulatory needs, translating requirements into solution design, and defining global strategies to deploy our cloud-based solution across the enterprise.This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. There is no work location requirement. It is customer-facing, with occasional travel requirements up to 50% of the time.Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze existing Customer business processes and identify key process steps, gaps, and requirements that would impact the implementation approach
- Partner with customer SMEs and business leaders to translate requirements into solutions that solve business problems and support the needs of the Customer
- Provide consulting on Quality best practices and overall solutions based on requirements
- Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in our Vault platform and Quality product
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer
- Build, test, and deploy configuration changes to live environments
- Serve as the primary customer liaison, managing communication between the project team, customer, and other internal stakeholders
- Represent Professional Services across multiple engagements and workstreams (e.g., solution design and configuration, data migration, systems integration, etc.)
Requirements
3+ years of experience in implementing Quality Systems, understanding of Quality Management processes, GMP Systems ownership, or Software ConsultingProven track record leading implementation and / or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and / or business sponsorExperience implementing software systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solutions designsProven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentGood understanding of SaaS and GxP principlesAbility to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare spacesExperience with Data or Content Management applicationsPerks & Benefits

Base pay : $70,000 - $140,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and / or stock bonus.
