Estimated Salary Range : $85,000 – $110,000

Overview

Jackson Dean Construction is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to support Project Managers and Superintendents across all phases of construction. This role offers strong exposure to project planning, cost control, scheduling, and document management — ideal for someone looking to grow within a top-tier commercial contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Support PMs and Superintendents with daily project administration

Assist with drawing reviews, RFIs, submittals, and document control

Participate in estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking activities

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers

Assist with budget administration and change order management

Support project close-out documentation and turnover

Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications

What We’re Looking For

2–5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience with project documentation and construction software

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Eagerness to learn and grow into senior project roles
