You Will :
Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluationsExecute a treatment plan through counseling and educationRecommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needsAssist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etcCollaborate with Regional Manager / Director to oversee financial management of officeConduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol.An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomyYou will need : For Audiologists
Master’s or Doctorate degree in AudiologyValid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in Kansas and Missouri OR the ability to obtain these within 6 months of offer dateFor Hearing Instrument Specialists
Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in Kansas and Missouri OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer dateHigh school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred1 plus years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferredStrong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills requiredCompensation :
Job type : Full time, on site, M-F business hoursPay : $60,000-$130,000 per year (including bonuses and commission)Full benefits, including...Health Insurance
