Salary : $100,000 / annually

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Job Summary

The General Manager reports directly to the Regional Vice President and oversees the daily operations of a company account. The role requires excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, strong team leadership, client relations, and a focus on food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Manage daily operations of the account
• Conduct HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food
• Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary teams
