Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an As sistant Engineer for our Twin Cities, MN office. As part of our Civil / Environmental teams you will have exceptional opportunities to provide superior solutions to our clients’ most difficult problems through a variety of water related assignments. Qualified candidates will contribute to delivering exceptional results through water and wastewater infrastructure projects expanding to our clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Key Responsibilities :

  • Position will include working on the planning and design of water and / or wastewater treatment and conveyance facilities.
  • Responsibilities include working on a project team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction of treatment facilities.
  • Field work and site visits from design through construction may be required.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • The required experience level is 0 – 5 years, preferably with an EI certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Minimum education requirements are a BS in Civil / Environmental Engineering.
  • A Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering is a plus.
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent writing and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • EI certification or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred
