As Director, you’ll lead the delivery of innovative thermal utility solutions that serve campuses, hospitals, airports, mission-critical facilities, and other energy districts across the Jacobs Energy & Power - North America business unit. You’ll guide projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy delivery.

In this role, you will :

• Shape market strategy and drive growth across aviation, healthcare, higher education, federal, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Lead client engagements , proposal development, and project execution.
• Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.

Location : Flexible (Office-based, Remote, or Hybrid)

Salary Range :  $140,800 – $210,000

Posted Salary Range : Minimum 140,800.00 Posted Salary Range : Upper 210,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $140,800.00 to $210,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
