As an Experience Planning Specialist , you will help travelers prepare for memorable experiences by guiding them through trip coordination, answering questions, and keeping them informed about all aspects of their journeys. You’ll assist with updates, requirements, and logistics, ensuring each client feels supported from beginning to end.
