The ideal candidate will be responsible with the collection and organization of medical documents and information for various cases at the firm. This detail-orientated candidate should feel comfortable with playing a vital role in supporting attorneys with client contact and case management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate support to clients throughout their legal process
  • Coordinate with clients by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to the case
  • Request and review medical records
  • Work closely with handling attorneys and other staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and / or Paralegal certificate preferred, but not required
  • Experience as a personal injury paralegal
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, professional and supportive environment
  • Bilingual

    Salary commensurate based on experience level.
