Physician Assistant – Pain Management
Location : Phoenix, Arizona (multiple clinics across the Valley)
Position : Full‑time Physician Assistant (PA‑C)
Specialty : Outpatient Pain Management – primarily interventional and non‑opioid therapies
About Us
We are a rapidly growing, multi-site pain management practice in Phoenix committed to enhancing patient outcomes through evidence-based care and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. We specialize in interventional procedures (e.g., epidurals, nerve blocks, RFA, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, MILD) and emphasize safe, opioid-sparing treatment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations : detailed histories, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic testing
- Create individualized, multimodal pain management plans including medication, physical therapy, and procedures
- Educate and counsel patients and families regarding pain strategies, lifestyle modifications, and medication expectations
- Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapists, psychologists, case managers
- Document thoroughly in electronic medical records and support continuity of care
