As an Urgent Care Physician at Dignity Health, you will be an integral part of our compassionate medical team, delivering timely and patient-centered care to individuals with urgent, non-emergent conditions. Compensation / Benefits Include :

  • 18 month salary guarantee : $335,418 / year
  • Excellent earning potential with productivity incentives
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000
  • Sign on bonus : $40,000
  • Relocation assistance : $20,000
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

    Responsibilities

  • Patient Care : Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages with a variety of acute medical issues, including minor injuries, illnesses, and infections.
  • Efficient Care Delivery : Perform examinations, make diagnoses, and offer treatment plans with a focus on effective, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and support staff to provide seamless care.
  • Procedures & Diagnostics : Conduct minor procedures, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to manage patient care.
  • Education : Provide health education, guidance on preventive care, and instructions for ongoing treatment as necessary.

    • Qualifications

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

    • Pay Range

    $161.26 - $161.26 / hour
