IL BRUTTO is hiring a BARTENDER

Weekend Availability Required

Il Brutto is more than a place for great food and drinks it's a love letter to Italy. Our bar program is a thoughtful exploration of Italian drinking traditions - Vermouth on the rocks, amaro flights, aperitivo spritzes, and cocktails crafted with intention. Every pour is curated with care and passion.

We're looking for bartenders who don't just shake and stir, but think, taste, and connect people who can move with speed and precision in a high-volume environment while still creating a bespoke, memorable experience for every guest at the bar.

What you'll do :

• Craft cocktails with precision and consistency, from Italian classics to original creations
• Share knowledge of vermouths, amari, and aperitivo culture with guests in an approachable way
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for
• Support bar operations : prep, stocking, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Contribute ideas and energy to a beverage program that values creativity and thoughtfulness
