Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :

  • Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance.
  • Coach, develop, engage, and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
  • Attract, develop, coach, and retain a strong team, leading by example.
  • Developing and maintaining an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
  • Analyze and evaluate the business and staff to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance.
  • Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
  • Listen to customer complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges.

    • Skills & Qualifications :

  • 2+ years proven track record of success as a Service Manager in an Automotive Dealership People oriented, earn customers and employee's loyalty with a positive and energetic personality.

    • Strong written and verbal communications skills   Job Type :
