Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 3–11 PM Shift

Location : Excelcare at Newark, 4949 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark, DE 19713 Position Type : Full-Time

What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes

Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

Support and guide CNAs and other support staff

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

What We’re Looking For

Current, valid LPN license in the state of Delaware

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment
