SIXT is seeking a Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales and service performance across Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. The role focuses on sales responsibility for branches in both airport and downtown locations ensuring sales and service targets are met. They are responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting their sales team, as well as building and maintaining relationships with the employees and stakeholders. To grow revenue, optimize results, monitor performance, and achieve the growth objectives set by senior management.
Your Roles At SIXT
- You consult branch and area managers to assess branch performance and create actionable sales and service improvement plans
- You coach branch managers in employee training, sales techniques, and goal setting
- You train employees and managers in maximizing sales and service opportunities to optimize customer rental experience
- You conduct workshops and role-playing sessions to refine sales skills
- You implement motivational culture to boost morale and strengthen branch performance
- You provide reporting and updates to senior management
