Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, guiding them through hiring milestones

Monitor candidate progression and ensure priority candidates move efficiently through the hiring funnel

Review documentation and conduct compliance checks to meet state and national audit standards

Qualifications & Competencies

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support roles

Strong experience in providing exceptional customer service through various communication methods

Organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and track their progress effectively

Technical aptitude to navigate applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
