Sr. Analyst - Strategy & Development

The position will own workstreams within cross-functional projects tackling key strategic initiatives. The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Development will help drive the long-term strategy development process, inorganic growth by conducting research to maintain a pipeline of opportunities, perform various analyses against specific opportunities, and lead post-merger integration efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Organic strategic initiative execution : work on cross-functional project teams to manage and execute top-priority strategic initiatives.
• Support long-term strategy development, identify, and prioritize business opportunities / projects.
• Drive specific corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions) and business (partnership) development activities.
• Provide thought leadership and oversee various business intelligence activities.
• Expected to become an expert over time in farm and ranch retail and use this knowledge to inform our efforts.
• Responsible for working with 3rd party consulting organizations and external vendors as required.

Required Qualifications

Experience : 2 - 3 years of related experience. Full-time work experience and / or internships in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG), consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, and / or corporate development a plus.

Education : Bachelor's degree required. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
