Oriana is the latest venture from Chef Andy Quinn and Sommelier Cedric Nicaise, an evolution of The Noortwyck and a new expression of their shared vision. The restaurant is slated to open in late January or early February.
Oriana is where fire meets flavour in the heart of Nolita. We deliver technique without the formality and are focused on reclaiming what a wood-fired restaurant is. As a member of the bar team, we expect you to guide guests through their dining experience; as well as control operations at the bar. You will be expected to know the house cocktails, techniques, food and wine programs, as well as having a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails, backbar spirits and dining service standards.
