Group Exercise Instructor Genesis Health Clubs (Louisville, KY)

Do you have the energy to light up a room and a passion for fitness thats contagious?

Genesis Health Clubs is actively hiring Group Exercise Instructors of all disciplines yoga, spin, Pilates, aqua aerobics, cardio, strength, and more across our Louisville locations. Whether you're certified in one format or several, we want motivators who can move a room and inspire change.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead dynamic, high-energy group fitness classes that members look forward to.
  • Bring the beats, the flow, the fire prepare your music, equipment, and moves in advance.
  • Create a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment for all participants.
  • Represent the Genesis culture of motivation, professionalism, and care.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructors (any discipline we value variety!)
  • Current CPR Certification
  • At least 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes
  • Strong presence, confidence, and the ability to coach all fitness levels
  • A love for community, energy, and helping people transform their health
