Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the learning journey for Commercial Sales and Business Development teams
Design, implement, and optimize various learning programs, including technical enablement and leadership development
Measure program effectiveness and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance outcomes
Required Qualifications
4-7+ years of experience in procurement or enablement in a high-growth software environment
Proven track record in designing and scaling effective programs within high-growth companies
Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects with tight timelines
Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning strategies
