$60,000 to $95,000 depending on experience

Commission

10% on net profit

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least 2-5 years of current / recent domestic sales experience working for a freight forwarding organization.

Job Description

The Domestic LTL / FTL Sales Executive position is a unique and rewarding outside business-to-business (B2B) sales opportunity with unlimited growth potential, uncapped residual commission, a competitive base salary, and monthly allowances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead presentations with executives / owners of businesses with frequent shipping volume.
  • Partner with the operations and account management teams for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize solution selling techniques; effectively present solutions through cost-benefit analysis.
  • Present a streamlined technology solution by developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas and lanes.
  • Take the lead in coordinating, developing, and managing all aspects of the proposal process.
  • Close deals, activate accounts, and train decision-makers on the exclusive shipping platform.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
  • Proven success in generating and qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a hunter mentality.

  • Effective communicator with strong business acumen and intuition.
