What needs to be accomplished :
While technical skills are essential, success in this role hinges on your ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long-term value to homeowners.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accuratelyEducate homeowners on technical information, solutions, and recommendationsProactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such as tankless water heaters, filtration systems, or service plansPerform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertiseWhat success looks like :
Complete 3–4 service calls per dayAchieve a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended servicesConduct comprehensive safety inspections on each callContribute to membership plan salesMaintain a monthly callback rate of under 3%Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiencesTraits that we Admire :
