Digital Building Components (PHX), a part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking Skilled Carpenter to join our production team. With at least 2 years of experience in all aspects of commercial construction.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Measuring, cutting, or shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.
• Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and door frames.
• Pre-finish panels using A-Frames, flat carts, clamps, and other tools.
• Helping to erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware. and cranes.
• Work with quality control, leads, and peers to ensure the highest quality and understanding of maintaining a quality product.
• Work under direction to make repairs as needed.
• Achieve production goals set while meeting all quality expectations.
• Shop maintenance and cleaning as needed and instructed.
• Maintain and provide a clean and organized work environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime to meet production schedules.
• Help create and maintain a positive, respectful, and productive team and company.
• Following blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
• Potential for overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• One or more years of EIFS and / or stucco finishing experience required.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 100 lb. items, including ability to safely lift overhead, is required.
• General background of power and hand tools such as drills, grinders, chop saws, and general construction tools preferred.
• Ability to follow directions, ask appropriate questions, and show a desire to learn is required.
