Account Representative

Salary: starting from $47,000/annually

A law firm specializing in real estate, condominium, and homeowner association law is seeking a motivated individual to join our dedicated, collaborative, and dynamic team.

Diverse responsibilities for the position include:

• Preparing statements of account and meticulously reconciling ledgers
• Performing data entry with precise accuracy
• Effectively communicate and follow up with clients and debtors
• Prioritizing and managing numerous responsibilities and deadlines
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
• Drafting letters and pleadings
• Undertaking other assigned tasks and duties

This role is based in-person at our law firm office. All training will take place at our Farmington Hills location for a minimum of six (6) months. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and ample opportunities for advancement within the role.
