Coordinator, Administrative Program
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah is seeking a full-time Administrative Program Coordinator to support the Eccles School. This dynamic role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can lead planning efforts from concept to execution with calm confidence, has strong organizational and prioritization skills, and excels at effective communication. This role requires a self-starter who can quickly learn new systems and processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet a variety of deadlines. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Prior experience with university or campus administrative systems and event planning is a plus. We are looking for someone who contributes to a collaborative environment, effectively communicates, and who brings a positive and professional attitude to the team.
