As a Culinary Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of the kitchen, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional food experience to our guests. Your leadership will guide the kitchen staff, and your expertise will help maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the kitchen prep staff, ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Assist in recruiting and training kitchen staff for optimal performance.
• Implement security protocols to ensure a safe environment for employees and guests.
• Organize kitchen equipment and production areas daily to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, and relevant laws.
• Monitor adherence to operational standards, including recipe adherence and cook times.
• Verify all menu items are prepared according to established recipes and Carrabba's presentation standards.
• Manage staffing levels and make shift assignments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage supply orders effectively.
• Exemplify excellent customer service and establish positive work examples for team members.

Job Requirements:

To excel as a Culinary Operations Manager, you must be dependable, passionate about food, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Strong organizational and prioritization skills are essential, along with a team-oriented mindset.

Specific qualifications include:

• At least 3 years of management experience in a restaurant setting (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Experience in full-service casual dining environments is preferred.
• Previous experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts.
• Must be at least 21 years old with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are advantageous.
