A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to work with clients to ensure successful implementation and optimization of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients' identity and security needs
Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership and assist in planning platform roll-outs and upgrades
Engage with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' enterprise customer-facing experience in a relevant role
Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies
Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation
Familiarity with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
Proven track record in managing relationships with large enterprise clients
