Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations including ticket and email triaging, inbound and outbound calls, and internal ticketing systems
Implement processes, playbooks, and workflows while identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
Utilize data to resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of job assignments and team communications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of operations experience in the Customer Service industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to execute projects effectively
Growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Must be based in Argentina and fluent in English
