Key Responsibilities

Originate 30% of team volume and manage account receivables on personally originated work

Required Qualifications and Education

State certified general appraiser license with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Participation in ongoing professional development programs

Mastery of Argus competency for team members of the national institutional team

Experience in managing and coaching team members

Successful completion of Senior Director skillset requirements
