The Environmental Engineer for Foth Infrastructure & Environment LLC in Peoria, IL will earn a salary of $133,973. Position offers option to telecommute 2 days per week. Requires up to 20% local travel to client sites. This position will be responsible for each of the following duties :

Primary Responsibilities :

Perform Technical Design and lead technical engineering project designs, site investigations, and inspections with a focus on stormwater management, watershed planning, sanitary sewer collection, and green infrastructure.

Develop technical reports for infrastructure improvement projects, including stormwater and sanitary sewer assessments.

Conduct hydraulic analysis, drainage channel design, erosion and sediment control, and gravity sewer modeling to ensure project success.

Design documentation including preparing design plans, specifications, permitting, and bid documents for construction projects related to stormwater, drainage, and water quality.

Provide design and construction support services, including shop drawings, pay estimates, progress meetings, and on-site construction services.

Required Qualifications :

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering degree or related field.

Requires 5 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, Environmental Engineer or similar occupation performing related duties.

Requires 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering, including 2 years of experience with each of the following :

Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) of site development, water, stormwater, and wastewater systems;

Writing specifications and preparing documents for permitting and construction of wastewater systems; and

Performing site visits during construction to review installed work.
