Data Collection : Unit Information : Location : NAMC Cath LAb Building : Main Floor : First Order Detail : Facility Department Number : 74681 Discipline : Cardiovascular Quantity : Target Start Date : ASAP Shift : 0630-1500 Call Requirements On Call 1500-0630 Weekends : On Call 48 hours General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - 8 Number of Staff 10 Type of staff : 4 RNS / 3 CV techs o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment Cardiovascular Invasive EMR Meditech Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y / N) N Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) ACLS / BLS Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ACLS BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. RCIS List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Cardiac catheterizations, PCI, peripheral procedures, pacemaker and defibrillator implants Best personality Fit : Team player Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
