Outstanding contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Technical Writer in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis MN (hybrid).
For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with strong IT knowledge and ideally, AI experience. This is a highly collaborative team and to be successful in this role, you should be able to work with business and technology teams to deliver clear documentation.
Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Technical writing experience in IT domain
• Authored 100+ high-impact articles through effective collaboration with product teams and software developers.
  • Optimized 200+ underperforming articles, significantly increasing user engagement metrics, and reducing support queries.
  •Detail-oriented, strong communication, professional questioning
  • Able to multitask, set priorities, work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Copilot, process mapping, version control
  • Collaborative mindset

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with upskilling/reskilling documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Confluence/SharePoint experience
• AI proficiency (bonus)
