Develop, document, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans for internal CLI based software, internal web software, internal and client facing APIs, and client facing web software. Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies. Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality. Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Work with clients to assist in UAT, providing guidance to the client, and entering tickets for follow up enhancements or defects identified during the Client’s review. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role. Expertise in validating PDF files and physical printed documents. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge of scripting languages. Familiarity with PHP or PHP Unit.
