[job_card.job_description]Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM Every other weekend and holiday rotations required 2 on-call shifts per 4-week period Must be comfortable floating to multiple units including ICU, ER, Med / Surg, and MST Must be cross-trained for multi-unit coverage Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required Minimum 1 year experience in Med / Surg, Telemetry, or Critical Care units required Critical care experience required NYS registered professional nurse license required Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS (through AHA or RQI system), NIHSS Basic Coronary Care certification required within 6 months of hire CPI certification required within 90 days of hire Emergency Nurses Association certification recommended within 2 years TNCC certification recommended within 2 years Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office products preferred Provide age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients Referral bonus
