Our 13-person hybrid team operates with a structured, team-based service model that eliminates service gaps and protects actual time off for every employee. With a 4-day, 32-hour workweek after 90 days, we have built a workplace where balance and performance coexist. We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated to grow into higher-level responsibilities over time. This role supports licensed service tasks, client communication, claims guidance, account reviews, and daily workflow in our shared-inbox system. You will receive structured onboarding, month-by-month skill progression, and the opportunity to advance into senior roles.
- Base salary $50,000
- Hybrid remote schedule
