Broker Support

Job Title

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Guy Carpenter.

This role will be based in Miami, FL. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

We will count on you to :

• Assist with client renewal reviews, contract drafting, and production of final contract documentation.
• Manage full-cycle use of the GC Marketplace e-trading platform, from market submission to confirming reinsurer participations.
• Support brokers by preparing submissions, tracking placement status, and liaising with reinsurers on placements and queries.
• Maintain core placement files to ensure compliance with best practices, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Handle client onboarding, respond to information requests, and take key responsibility for compliance policies including sanctions, AML, and ABC.
• Collaborate with Broking, Support, and Service Teams across offices, participate in meetings, and monitor business metrics.
