Position Summary

Onit is growing and we need an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our Legal team! In this role you'll support contracts, compliance, and legal operations. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, review, draft, and negotiate subscription and services agreements, service level agreements, professional services agreements, partner agreements, transactional documents, and contract addenda.
• Identify terms that vary from corporate standards to ensure accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, engage, and collaborate with internal stakeholders in sales, professional services, legal, product management, support, and other internal organizations.
• Provide effective guidance of contract issues to all levels within the company.
• Advise sales management of contractual rights and obligations and provide clarification of contract terms and conditions.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process to conclusion.
• Assist in review and response to RFPs and RFQs, offering appropriate alternatives to contract terms and conditions.
• Update and maintain status information in Onit CLM.
• Coordinate with Finance on terms and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and administer routine and / or specialized correspondence.
• Assist in other duties that may arise from time to time.

Required Skills

Base Salary Range : $84,000-95,000

At Onit, we're committed to offering fair and competitive compensation. In addition to base pay, associates are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final base salary you receive will reflect factors such as your skills, education, experience, and work location.
