Collection Specialist

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist who will work remotely and engage with consumers to negotiate repayment of delinquent accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules for delinquent accounts

Utilize provided tools and training to effectively resolve accounts

Achieve performance goals and contribute to team success

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Availability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm

One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience (preferred)

One (1) year of Collection Experience (preferred)

Mathematical and Analytical Skills (preferred)
