Spanish Social Media

To connect with the Spanish-speaking community by :

Leveraging Visual Storytelling : use photos strategically to showcase the warmth, worship experience, and community of Spanish services.

Incorporating Talking-head Videos : short, casual videos featuring Spanish pastor sharing a devotional thought or reflection will personalize the online experience.

Keeping It Engaging and Culturally Relevant : reflect the spirit and vibrancy of Spanish-language worship and community through captions, music choices, and cultural references.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Photography Oversight :

• Capture high-quality photographs during church services and other related events.
• Manage and maintain photography equipment, ensuring its readiness for scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate with volunteer photographers, ensuring adequate coverage of all church services and events.

Photo Editing :

• Edit photos to ensure they align with our church’s aesthetic and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain our digital photography libraries, ensuring easy accessibility and proper archiving of photographs.

Volunteer Scheduling and Communication :

• Schedule volunteer photographers for church services and events, ensuring all key moments are captured.
• Communicate effectively with volunteers, such as providing them with schedules and helping them grow in their abilities.

Social Media Coordination :

• Collaborate with the social media team to coordinate and schedule the publication of photos and content.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage Social Media Strategy and Content Calendar.

Team Collaboration :

• Work alongside our teams to ensure a cohesive approach to our church’s digital presence and community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic knowledge of photography, photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• A heart for serving the Church community and a keen eye for detail.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

• 15 hours per week.
• Evening and weekend availability are required for service / event coverage.
