Our clienthas an immediate need for a Senior .Net superstar to support and direct application development objectivesin a leadership capacity.

Job Description

Position Description : Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Provide software development, guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, design patterns, and tools.
• Designs and develops highly complex technology solutions.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications and unit of software solutions.
• Ensures compliance with technical standards and consistency with long term architecture plans.
• Develop new documentation, process flows, mock-ups, and interface and class model documents.
• Develop documentation standards, procedures and approval hierarchies.
• Provide technical leadership and decision support to less experienced staff.
• Provide quality / development leadership, coach and mentor team members.
• Coordinates and facilitates Agile team activities (Grooming, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
