Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement nursing department policies and procedures to uphold high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring of nursing staff members.

Conduct thorough performance evaluations and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when required.

Manage the nursing department’s budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

What We Look for in Our Director of Nursing

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution.

Current RN licensure in [State].
