A company is looking for a Financial Aid Advisor who will serve as the primary contact for students and staff regarding financial aid services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial aid advising and exceptional customer service through various communication channels
Accurately document student interactions and maintain necessary records in the student information system
Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and diversity initiatives
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant customer service and / or financial aid experience
Experience in a service-oriented call center is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General knowledge of the higher education industry is preferred but not required
