About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Risk Management department, with a strong focus on claims handling and risk controls . This role involves cross-functional collaboration with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure accurate claims processing and operational risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support risk management and claims operations by retrieving documentation, analyzing recovery data, and submitting claims to vendors.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to improve the claims process.
• Review and research supporting documents to determine whether cases fall under claims or risk, and communicate findings with vendors.
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including vendors, warehouse teams, and operations.
• Perform data analysis to identify financial or operational risks, including aging inventory and carrier-related costs.
• Assist in preparing KPI reports and other performance metrics for senior management.
• Reconcile internal accounts and manage aged / suspense items.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.
