Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location : Fort Wayne, IN Agency : Cynet Health Pay : $2,488 per week Shift Information : Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : 1 / 12 / 2026 About the Position Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : Nursing Specialty : Labor and Delivery Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 7pm-7am Hours per Shift : 12 hours Experience : Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required License : Current RN license in Indiana or compact RN license required Certifications : BLS required, ACLS required, NRP required, STABLE required Must-Have : - 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience - BLS through AHA - ACLS through AHA - NRP - STABLE Description : The role involves the care of the laboring patient. Nursing duties include assisting during vaginal and cesarean deliveries. Familiarity with EPIC Stork documentation is required. Experience with the Centricity fetal monitoring system is preferred. Knowledge of the Pyxis medication system is necessary. The nurse will work in a team alongside a shift nurse lead and approximately 7 Labor and Delivery RNs. The typical nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 1, possibly 1 : 2 during early labor or induction of labor. There is no floating to other units or departments required.
