As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area , we are expanding our services and are seeking dedicated  caregivers to support a new client.

We are preparing to staff a light-duty care case in Spring, TX (77388) . This position will involve short shifts , with the official schedule to be announced once care needs are finalized.

Responsibilities

Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide light assistance with daily living activities , including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Monitor and observe the client’s overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.

Assist with errands or transportation as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a clean and secure environment.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (experience in senior care is a plus).

CNA certification is ideal but not required.

Ability to pass a background check and reference check.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with elderly clients.

Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
