Passionate about shaping the lives of young children?   Noah’s Ark Day Care and Learning Center is seeking a patient, attentive part-time  Daycare / Pre-School Teacher  to care for our children, ages Infant - 5 years old, 25 hours per week from 12 : 30 PM to 5 : 30 PM.

Our Daycare / Pre-School Teacher will routinely assist children and parents during pickup.  We are looking for a daycare employee who comes to work prepared, cares for children, and wants to help parents as they transition their children from the daycare center.   This Daycare / Pre-School Teacher will work with the Daycare Director and be assigned to classrooms as needed.

Benefits :      Salary of $ 17.50 to 18.50 / hour;  Paid time off time off

Summary of Position : The Preschool Teacher is responsible for the following duties.

• Motivated to care for and educate young children.
• Team-player, as this position will often require that you will be co-teaching with another teacher.
• Implementing daily activities, weekly themes, art, newsletters, circle-time, music and movement and engaging in activities throughout the day to keep the children stimulated.
• Diapering and potty training if needed.
• Follows a daily schedule.
• Provide a safe and nurturing fun-loving environment.
• Enhance children’s development through play.
• Maintains a safe workplace while monitoring children’s health behavior and reporting any concerns that may arise.
